
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup Baking Cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/4 cups sour cream
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1-1/2 cups (10 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, beat eggs, sour cream and butter until smooth. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour into a greased 9-in. x 5-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
- Once cooled melt additional chocolate chips with 1tsp Crisco or Coconut oil and drizzle over the top.
All I can say is...go get a large glass of milk!
